These terms apply to every purchase from ElizabethHoweSpells.com. The site is operated by Novo Industries Inc., an Alberta corporation, doing business as Elizabeth Howe Spells. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.
Each ritual is a personalized digital product: a video of a ritual written for you, your sigil artwork, and the written words of your ritual, delivered by email and on your order page. The Ash & Sigil keepsake box is an optional physical product.
All rituals are sold for entertainment and personal reflection only. We make no claim and give no guarantee that any ritual will cause, change or influence any event, person, relationship, health, money or outcome. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Elizabeth Howe is a fictional character inspired by the historical Elizabeth Howe of Topsfield, Massachusetts. Her videos are AI-produced portrayals. The rituals are written with the help of AI and reviewed by our team.
You must be 18 or older. We will not perform any ritual meant to harm, punish, frighten or control another person, any ritual concerning a minor, or any ritual about a medical condition. We may decline any order, and a declined order is refunded in full.
Each ritual is cast on the night its traditional moon phase allows, shown before you pay. Your video is delivered by email on that night. If a delay on our side moves your casting, we will tell you the new date by email.
Boxes ship to Canada and the United States within a week of your casting night. Shipping is included in the price. Each box is handmade from your own ritual, so contents vary slightly. If a box arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it.
If you are unhappy with your ritual, write to us within 30 days of your casting night. Elizabeth will perform one free recast at the next matching moon, with a new video. Because each ritual is personal and delivered digitally, we do not give cash refunds once a ritual has been cast, except where required by law.
You receive a full refund if we decline your order, or if we fail to deliver your video within 14 days of the scheduled casting night. To cancel before your casting night, email us at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund.
If something is wrong with your order, please email us first. We answer within one business day and will make it right under these terms. Filing a card dispute for a ritual that was delivered as described may lead us to share proof of delivery, including your order details and video, with the card issuer.
If events outside our control, such as service outages, severe weather or postal disruptions, delay a casting or a box, we will email you a new date. If we cannot deliver within 14 days of the new date, you receive a full refund.
Your video, sigil and ritual words are for your personal use. You may keep and share them. The Elizabeth Howe character, images, text and designs remain the property of Novo Industries Inc. Ritual words are written with the help of AI and reviewed by our team.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for decisions you make or outcomes you experience after receiving a ritual.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
